🍰Congratulations to Carolyn Fenzl who won a free subscription to Authortunities by correctly guessing Jean Cocteau.
Born in a small village near Paris 134 years ago today, Jean Cocteau was one of the most talented artists of the 20th century. In addition to being a poet and writer, he was a film director, painter, playwright, set designer, actor and sculptor. Jean Cocteau worked with Pablo Picasso on several projects and made friends with numerous European artists. The epitaph on his tombstone reads: “I stand among you”.
You could win a year subscription to the paid version of this calendar, a $50 value. I’ll post the winner next week. To play ➡️ https://tinyurl.com/8utyuzur
